Four terraced houses new build - Ridge Road, Mitcham

Continuing a long run of residential development schemes in Mitcham in south west London, plans have now been submitted to Merton Council for the demolition of a pair of semi-detached bungalows on a site in Ridge Road and the construction of four terraced houses on the site.

A decision on the proposals is due by June 2024.
